Some items featured on this site are one of a kind and cannot be reproduced. These ‘specialty’ items are noted in the product description.
Many of my products are specialty items from overseas. Stock replenishment can at times, be slow.
Some higher-end items (particularly cutting systems) are not held in stock. These will be ordered from overseas to meet demand, and so there may well be a delay in fulfilling your order. Due to COVID-19, the time taken to ship orders can vary markedly. Should you order items that fall into this grouping, I will provide updates to you as they come to hand from the shipping company and/or Australia Post.
Pricing & Payments
Note: I have temporarily removed PayPal as a payment option.
All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is subject to change without notice. I accept payments via PayPal, credit card (MasterCard/Visa), Bank Transfer (Direct Deposit) or AfterPay. All payments must be verified and confirmed by me prior to processing and shipping.
If using Direct Deposit, please send a screen shot of the payment receipt to me so that I can commence processing your order.
Direct Deposit takes a bit more effort from you, but returns me the full purchase amount. All other options are funded by a merchant fee. I do not adjust the price to cover this.
Shopping at Merlin Mosaica is safe. I do not store your credit card details. Information entered on the secure checkout system is processed via third-party applications (Square, PayPal or AfterPay) – I do not see it or store it – EVER. I use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which is the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to protect the security of your credit card information as it is transmitted via Square.
I will never ask you to email your credit card number – do not email your credit card information as it is not secure. For this reason, I am unable to accept credit card payments over the phone. Should I agree to enter a phone order for you, I will send an invoice to you, and payment can be made against that via Square, PayPal or Direct Debit. AfterPay does not allow me to initiate an invoice for you.

Your personal data will be used to process your order and support your experience throughout this website. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Under the Privacy Act (Australian Privacy Principles 12 and 13) you have the right to ask for access to personal information that we hold about you, and ask that we correct that personal information.
We do not sell your information to any one for any reason. Your contact information is used only by us in connection with your order. If you choose to sign up for our newsletter, your email address will only be used by us to have newsletters and sales alerts sent to you from Merlin Mosaica.
NOTE: If you ask us to delete your account for any reason, please be aware that if you have made a purchase from us, your details will remain in the orders file for a period of seven (7) years, as required by law.
Your satisfaction with purchases and delivery is very important to us at Merlin Mosaica. Should you not be satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving a delivery to let us know of any issues. Ideally, a photograph of the goods as received could help us to ensure the problem does not re-occur. We can replace, exchange or refund goods, depending on stock availability.
Return Postage is your responsibility, and will not be refunded. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the goods have been returned.

I personally photograph all product once received, in natural daylight. Although the photographs are untouched (except for cropping, straightening and application of watermarks) colours may vary from those depicted on your screen or monitor. Therefore, I am unable to guarantee the accuracy of colours shown on your screen.
If you do receive a product that is not the colour you had expected, you are able to make use of our returns policy for an exchange or refund for the item purchase price.
Discounts and Vouchers
Discounts do not apply to Melted Millefiori, handmade items or Artworks unless specifically mentioned, and are applied at our discretion.
Unless expressly stated, Discounts do not apply to postage and handling.
Loyalty Vouchers do not apply to Postage and Packaging
Gift vouchers are redeemable across the entire product range, including shipping.
